Right of return

You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt by returning the goods without stating any reason on return. The return period begins after receiving this instruction in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations in accordance with article 246 section 2 in conjunction with section 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB, as well as our obligations according to section 312 g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 article 3 EGBGB. 

Only in the case of goods which cannot be dispatched as a package (e.g. bulky goods) may you exercise your right to return through a written request. To comply with the notice period, the timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient. In any case, we bear the costs and risks of the return. Return procedures 

In the interests of hygiene, we only accept returned goods in an unused state in their original packaging. 

Obligations to refund payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days. The notice period commences for you from the date of sending the goods or return request, and for us from the date of receipt.
